The Guest Services Lounge is located on the first floor opposite H&M alternately our Management Suite reception located on our first floor in between Primark and Nando’s. (Please note our Management Suite Reception is operated Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700)

If you are visiting the centre and feel unsafe and would like assistance, please ask any member of our team for ‘Angela’. Our team have been trained to offer you discreet help however they can, including by calling a taxi or providing a safe space, for example.
The Ask for Angela scheme, led by Leeds City Council and Women Friendly Leeds, is part of the Safer Leeds initiative and was launched in November 2021. You can find out more about it here.

Collect+ is the easy way to send and collect parcels, early ‘til late, seven days a week. Buy online at any of the participating retailers and get your package delivered to Guest Services, it’s as easy as that!

Been shopping in the centre, Have lots of bags? Look know further then our shop and drop service which allows you to leave shopping bags with us until you have finished for the day. (Items such as suitcases or locked item are not permitted)

ChargedUp phone charging is now at Trinity Leeds! ChargedUp are on a mission to keep your devices charged when you are on the go. All of their power banks have every cable you could possibly need built-in. To access one of the fast-charging power banks at Trinity Leeds simply download the “ChargedUp” app on the App Store or from the Google Play store

If you believe you have lost an item within our centre, please log it on our quick and simple online form with as much information as possible. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.
We log all items lost in centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.
A Trinity Leeds Gift Card is the perfect gift for your friends and family, letting them choose exactly what they want, whether it’s a birthday or Christmas present, to mark an anniversary or just to say ‘Well done"
Trinity Leeds gift cards can be purchased in centre from our Guest Services Lounge.
To say thank you to your colleagues or you would like to buy multiple cards for friends and family but don't have the time to visit the centre, don't worry we have you covered. You can now purchase gift cards through our corporate order portal via BACS payment.
Otherwise, you can pay by credit or with debit card over the telephone with our management reception team.

We’ve partnered with Inpost to bring parcel lockers to Trinity Leeds to make online shopping and sending parcels super easy. Whether you’re picking up or dropping off a parcel, all you do is scan a code and the locker door pops open!
