Located on the fifth floor of Trinity Leeds, Crafthouse is accessed directly via a scenic lift from Boar Lane or from within the shopping centre itself.

The inviting space offers views across the city from within the restaurant or on the dedicated outside terrace, and pays homage to Leeds’ rich culture and heritage with space dividers inspired by looms and ceiling rafts reminiscent of fabric reams.

The open kitchen delivers regularly changing seasonal menus created by Yorkshire-born executive head chef, Lee Bennett, with the focus on quality produce, professionally cooked and simply served.

Ingredients are sourced locally (within 60 miles) whenever possible: their milk and cream is from a Dairy in Grassington, their smoked fish from the Staal Smokehouse in East Yorkshire, their meats from The Ginger Pig butcher in North Yorkshire and fresh fish and crustacean from Venture Seafood’s in Bridlington.

Be sure to try one of the dishes cooked on their Josper Grill – it reaches a phenomenal 480˚C, char-grilling their meat, fish and crustaceans to perfection to give a really unique and delectable flavour.

Crafthouse’s wine list has been designed to perfectly compliment the food menus, and for those with a penchant for a cocktail or two, the team are only too happy to serve up one of their signature serves or a classic cocktail if you prefer.

Children are always welcome and a dedicated children’s menu is on offer.

Lunch service (with a la carte and set-menu options) starts at 12 noon until 2:45pm daily. Dinner service resumes at 5pm until late. A pre-theatre set-menu is available Monday to Saturday from 5pm-6:30pm
