Ask for Angela launches at Trinity Leeds
Whatever the situation, Angela is here for you.
Trinity Leeds has been formally launched as the largest ‘Ask for Angela’ venue in the city. The scheme means that if anyone feels unsafe and would like assistance, they can ask for ‘Angela’ in one of the participating venues, where staff have been trained to offer discreet help.
Trinity Leeds has now joined over 600 venues across Leeds in joining the scheme, so if you are visiting the centre and feel unsafe, please ask any member of our team for ‘Angela’ and they will offer you help.
Led by Leeds City Council and Women Friendly Leeds, the Ask for Angela scheme is part of the Safer Leeds initiative and was launched in November 2021. Find out more about the scheme and participating venues here.
