Welcome in spring, with two seasonal new specials
This March, two mouth-watering new specials have landed on the menu at Côte Brasserie, featuring seasonal ingredients like lamb, fennel and jerusalem artichoke, that marks the return of spring.
First up is Rump of Lamb, served with a potato, fennel and olive oil purée, roasted fennel, black olive and garlic jus. You can pair it with a Jerusalem artichoke gratiné to start, which comes with a French-style leek and gruyère sauce.
You can also opt for pan roasted monkfish wrapped in bacon with wild mushrooms, baby spinach and tomato, served with a chive and lemon dressing. It goes perfectly with a crisp glass of Macon Villages.
