Collect+ Click & Collect is the easy way to send and collect parcels, seven days a week.
Our Collect + service is open between 9am - 8pm Weekdays, 9am - 8pm Saturday and 11am - 5pm Sunday (Check our seasonal opening hours for variations).
Buy online at any of the participating retailers and get your package delivered to the Trinity Leeds Guest Service Lounge, it’s as easy as that!

Follow the three simple steps, below:
1. Buy online from over 30 retailers and choose Collect+ as your delivery option.
2. You’ll be emailed a collection barcode when your item arrives at Guest Services.
3. Take your code to Guest Services along with your ID and collect your parcel.
You can even try on any clothing in our designated changing room in the Guest Service Lounge - so even if your item isn’t what you expected, you can return it there and then!
RETURN A PARCEL
It’s easy to return a parcel to over 260 retailers, just follow these simple steps:
1. Stick your label onto your parcel
2. Drop your parcel off at Guest Services
3. Track your parcel online to its destination
