Job Description

We are looking for a confident, fashion savvy, enthusiastic person with a real passion to succeed. You will be ready to coach and support a team of professional sales advisors in luxury retail. Ensuring that every customer has a truly memorable Diamonds & Thrills experience from start to finish.

You will be responsible for:

• Working together with the team to achieve a high-performance sales culture.
• Achieving personal targets.
• Providing 5-star hospitality and extra-ordinary customer experience.
• Merchandising our jewellery in accordance with our guidelines.
• Ensuring superior store standards.
• Completing day-to-day tasks.
• Acting as a proud brand ambassador for ROX.

Skills & Experience

• At least two years sales experience in a highly customer-focused retail or hospitality environment is a must!
• Experience of working to targets and KPI's
• Strong interest in fashion.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Loads of enthusiasm with a real passion to succeed.
• The desire to learn all about diamonds, jewellery and watches.
