Guests can pop in for breakfast, browse the Hotel Chocolat boutique, stay for a sociable lunch, stroll to Bar Rabot for a cacao-enhanced cocktail or two; then sit down to dinner for a unique blend of Anglo-West Indian cuisine. The intriguing menu was designed by Chef Jon Bentham and draws on the cocoa bean’s ancient history as a subtle, savoury spice and garnish. Roast+Conch is all about the cocoa – every way, all day.
