We started in Brick Lane in London. A place steeped in history. A place where time never stands still and yet the past is always there. A sense of place is important in life. And in food too.
Our pizzas are pretty thin. And a little smaller than some. But then a pizza is all about balance. The base as important as the top. At least we think so. We hope you do too!
