With stores opening nationwide, we are looking to add to our growing team and are currently recruiting for a highly talented Assistant Manager in our Trinity Kitchen venue.
Assistant Managers are the glue that holds the team together. Working alongside your GM, you will help to create a fun environment that our teams love to turn up to every shift and also deliver an amazing overall experience for each and every customer that chooses to eat with us.
What you’ll need
• A minimum of 2 years’ management experience • Experience working within a branded QSR • Commercial kitchen and food handling experience • The ability to learn and follow brand standards • An outgoing and friendly personality • A “hands on” management style • Passion with an eye for detail • Good I.T, Numeracy and Literacy skills
Your main responsibilities
• Working alongside your GM to lead and motivate the team • Monitoring and aiming to achieve KPIs • Monitoring brand standards • Stock control • Placing orders • Ensuring health and safety standards are being adhered to at all times • Working “hands-on” to support both the BOH and FOH teams • Ensuring each and every customer has a positive experience • Regular coaching of the team
