Car Park Customer Service Operative
£9.91 per hr / 30 hrs per week.
To be the front facing employee of the Car Park Team for Trinity Leeds guests.
Working a rota pattern that will include, early and late shifts including some weekends.

· To take ownership and responsibility for all enquiries
· To establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues to ensure a ‘one team approach' to the delivery of the Customer Service standards and the business objectives.
· To always maintain the appearance of the Car Park, including housekeeping standards of the front desk.
· To be professional and courteous at all times with customers
· To answer telephone enquiries in a professional and clear manner.
· To present themselves in a professional manner, in the correct uniform, and adhere to the rules regarding absence and lateness
· Completing daily patrols
· To be vigilant at all times and inform the Control Room of any suspicious activity.
· To support with all Fire Emergency situations as per Control instructions.
· To work in a safe manner in line with our Company Health and Safety policy and procedures.
· To complete all training as required by the Company.
