We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our Leeds team and manage the day to day running of our new store in Trinity Leeds.
As a Store Manager you will be expected to:
Manage the day to day operation of the store whilst ensuring costs are contained within targets
Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
Manage, coach and motivate the team to deliver all targets and lead by example
Maximise store profitability by promoting sales within the store
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
Cash handling, including banking procedures.
Staff management including: Rotas, holidays, maintaining skills and hiring new recruits.
Merchandising to increase sales.
Requesting stock from suppliers or warehouse.
Increasing sales and up-selling.
Assisting marketing with promotional material.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the Leeds team and store, (with support available from Head Office) so it’s important that the they have strong communication and problem solving skills as well as a positive can-do attitude.
Salary dependant upon experience.
Candidates must be flexible, weekend work is required.
