We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Host to work on our brand new desk outside Apple on the ground floor.
Your main duty will be to sell our Trinity Leeds Gift Card. You will also act as a concierge for the centre, answering questions and assisting our Customers in any way they require. You will be an ambassador for our Share your Thoughts scheme and will be responsible for encouraging feedback and collating and analysing results.
Applicants must have experience in either a Customer Service, Events or promotional background. You must be outgoing, motivated, approachable and have impeccable communication skills.
