Our Changing Places toilet includes an adjustable adult-sized hoist system, space for up to three people, a non-slip floor. You can find this situated in our East Toilets which are located down the corridor next to the Everyman Cinema.
For your safety, we are continuing with our enhanced cleaning regimes, so these facilities will be cleaned and sanitised after each use.
Trinity Leeds has partnered with AccessAble and Colostomy UK to provide stoma-friendly toilet facilities in east toilets. We have added Hooks, Shelves, Mirrors to support our Guests who require the additional support.
Trinity Leeds has two all-gender toilets in the east.
Let’s go shopping! We have several wheelchairs and self-drive scooters you can borrow. Just make sure you bring along 2 pieces of ID, one with your home address on dated within the last 3 months.
You’ll need to call us beforehand to book your scooter as we want to make sure we have one available when you need it. We have 14 disabled parking spaces, located on 2a.

A gentle reminder that things are a little quieter at Trinity Leeds on Tuesday mornings... From 9am-11am every Tuesday*, we keep the noise down for those who prefer a calmer shopping environment without music, product demonstrations or mall activity.

SignLive is a Video Relay Service that allows our deaf and hard of hearing guests to connect with an online BSL Interpreter during opening hours. The BSL interpreter will talk to the member of staff you would like to connect with and sign their responses to you. The service can be accessed by scanning our SignLive QR code at the Guest Services Lounge. You can also access SignLive via the app or a web browser. Please ask a member of staff if you’d like to use SignLive.

The Guest Services Team positioned on the first floor provide free Hidden Disability Lanyards to Guests requiring additional assistance whilst visiting the centre, our stores and restaurants.
Trinity Leeds offers a warm welcome to all our guests and it’s important to us that everyone can enjoy the shopping, dining and leisure available. For some children and adults, who have hidden disabilities, this can be more challenging. That’s why we’ve introduced four sensory backpacks which are available to hire free of charge from our Guest Services Lounge.
These sensory backpacks are particularly suitable for our autistic guests and are packed full of items to assist children and adults. They include:
We will be asking users of the sensory backpacks to return them after use to our Guest Services Lounge.
