Pho was founded by husband & wife team Stephen & Jules Wall in 2005 after they travelled to Vietnam & fell in love with the country’s national dish: pho [pronounced ‘fur’]. Specialising in great value Vietnamese street food, the menu includes spicy Asian curry & salads, wok fried noodles, fresh juices & Vietnamese beers, and of course, a variety of different types of pho, an amazingly tasty & nutritious noodle soup.
