Welcome to the Migration Museum. We are creating Britain’s missing museum, exploring how the movement of people to and from Britain across the ages has made us who we are – as individuals, as communities, and as nations.
Our pop-up museum is in Trinity Leeds from 10 November 2023 until 18 February 2024. Admission is free, and we’re open Wednesday–Sunday. Come on in and say hi, visit our free Heart of the Nation: Migration and the Making of the NHS, browse our award-winning Migrant Makers Market, discover stories contributed by visitors – and share yours.
Heart of the Nation is our critically acclaimed national touring exhibition shining a light on the stories and experiences of people who have come to Britain to work in the NHS over the past 75 years through photography, film, oral histories and an immersive experience that brings together singing and storytelling.
