Q1. Do I need a wristband or to queue for a pass into the event?
A1. No! Your bounce back email after registering is your pass to the entire day and to all the discounts. This year we have made the event longer, removed wristbands and queueing for entry. A better experience for everyone! Retailers will ask for proof you are a student at point of purchase.
Q2. I am a general shopper - can I attend the Student Social?
A2. Yes, you can shop but you will not receive the designated student discounts. The centre will be open all day as normal for non-students.
Q3. Can I bring my child/children to the event if I am a student?
A3. Yes, children are permitted at the event but please bear in mind the nature of the event.
Q4. I don’t have an NUS card or acceptance letter and I am in sixth form/college/university. How can I prove I’m a student?
A4. Please come to the customer service lounge with any form of verification that you are a student (i.e. college card). Our staff can verify this and then sign you up.
1. A valid Student Card needs to be shown in exchange for all of the discounts at point of purchase. It is at the retailers discretion to issue the discount if they do not receive adequate proof of education.
2. A valid Student Card needs to be shown to redeem and competitions prizes run by Trinity Leeds or Trinity Leeds brands. This includes via Trinity Leeds social media channels.
