ChargedUp phone charging is now at Trinity Leeds! ChargedUp are on a mission to keep your devices charged when you are on the go. All of their power banks have every cable you could possibly need built-in. This includes Lightning for Apple devices, micro-USB for Android and USB-C too. To access one of the fast-charging power banks at Trinity Leeds simply download the “ChargedUp” app on the App Store or from the Google Play store
Missed a delivery while you’ve been at work? Not got round to getting to the post office during your break? No worries!
We’ve partnered with Inpost to bring parcel lockers to Trinity Leeds to make online shopping and sending parcels super easy. Whether you’re picking up or dropping off a parcel, all you do is scan a code and the locker door pops open! The locker is located in the east toilet corridor on level 4 by our customer toilets, you can pick up parcels between the hours of 09:00am-19:30pm Monday – Saturday and 11:00am – 16:30pm on Sunday.
The Guest Services Team positioned on the first floor provide free Hidden Disability Lanyards to Guests requiring additional assistance whilst visiting the centre, our stores and restaurants.
The Guest Services Team positioned on the first floor provide various free Sensory Toys for those who need a little distraction whilst shopping.
Our Guest Services Team have a facility whereby we can communicate with pictures via email.
Therefore, if you are planning a visit, we may be able to assist in sending photos of where you would like to visit beforehand so that you are more familiar with navigating the centre. We can also engage via email if you have any queries. Please email email@example.com should you need assistance.
Trinity Leeds have partnered with local charity, Leeds Autism Services, to make Quiet Hour a reality in our shopping centre.
Quiet hour is launching on March 29th 2022 and will be on every Tuesday 10-11am.
Getting involved with Quiet Hour is easy. Do what you can to make your space more accessible and calming for customers. This usually involves the following but is not limited to:
- Turning down music
- Turning down or reducing levels of in-store lighting - Limiting backround noise and chatter
- Reducing tannoy announcements
- Limiting strong smells

Visit The Entertainer toy store every Saturday between 9am-10am for their 'Quiet Hour' where they will turn off all music. Quiet Hour is designed to make shopping a more comfortable experience for children with autism, who can find busy crowds and loud noises overwhelming.

From audio support in our lifts to complimentary wheelchair and mobility scooter hire, we do our best to ensure that all our visitors enjoy themselves during their visit.
To book a wheelchair or mobility scooter to use in Trinity Leeds please contact Guest Services on 0113 394 2415. You will need to bring photo ID, including proof of address, with you on the day.
Trinity Leeds also has accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility, both of which can be located on the first floor between Côte Brasserie and Everyman Cinema and next to the entrance of Trinity Kitchen (accessed via escalator) (view on Centre Map). The facilities are fully equipped but the users need to provide their own sling.

If you plan to arrive by car, we have 14 parking spaces reserved for disabled access on Level 2A (Trinity Leeds entrance/exit level).
