Our Guest Services Team now have a facility whereby we can communicate with pictures via email.
Therefore, if you are planning a visit, we may be able to assist in sending photos of where you would like to visit beforehand so that you are more familiar with navigating the centre. Visit The Entertainer toy store every Saturday between 9am-10am for their 'Quiet Hour' where they will turn off all music. Quiet Hour is designed to make shopping a more comfortable experience for children with autism, who can find busy crowds and loud noises overwhelming.

From audio support in our lifts to complimentary wheelchair and mobility scooter hire, we do our best to ensure that all our visitors enjoy themselves during their visit.
To book a wheelchair or mobility scooter to use in Trinity Leeds please contact Guest Services on 0113 394 2415. You will need to bring photo ID, including proof of address, with you on the day.
Trinity Leeds also has accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility, both of which can be located on the first floor between Côte Brasserie and Everyman Cinema and next to the entrance of Trinity Kitchen (accessed via escalator) (view on Centre Map). The facilities are fully equipped but the users need to provide their own sling. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CHANGING PLACES FACILITIES ARE TEMPORARILY OUT OF ACTION - We apologise for any inconvenience.

If you plan to arrive by car, we have 14 parking spaces reserved for disabled access on Level 2A (Trinity Leeds entrance/exit level).
