We have a pretty sweet set-up at Trinity Kitchen. To keep things extra fresh, our line-up of lovely vendors changes every six weeks, meaning you can discover heaps of new flavours throughout the year. Just as the Earth rotates, so do our vans – and we believe that tasty meals make the world go round!
Get ready to broaden your taste buds, with our offering of food from up and down the country and across the globe. We've had tons of tasty cuisine at Trinity Kitchen, including Japanese-inspired gyoza; Greek wraps; classic American-style cheeseburgers; and meaty, cheesy Yorkshire feasts from local folk, to name a few.
Trinity Kitchen is also home to a selection of permanent vendors. When you need peak comfort food, head to Archie's, where you'll find loaded burgers, fries and shakes or to Tortilla to discover Californian-style burritos and tacos.
Dough-votees can get a slice of the action at Pizzaluxe, which caters to carnivores, veggies and vegans; while noodle-seekers need look no further than Pho, with a menu inspired by some of Vietnam's best-loved dishes. Rola Wala, meanwhile, offers a fresh spin on India's street food that goes way beyond curry.

At Franco Manca, you can opt for a gorgeously gluten-free base when ordering most of the Sourdough Special pizzas. There are also plenty of traditional pizza options, plus a meat platter, vegetarian sharer and more, so nobody needs to miss out. Nando's is a classic choice for the whole family too, with its ever-growing veggie menu, generous sharing platters and Nandinos menu aimed at the kids, which includes chicken breast, wings, chicken burger or a beanie patty.
When you can't think what (or where) to drink, allow our amazing selection of bars to inspire you. The talented team at The Alchemist turn mixology into evening entertainment – simply choose from the Chemistry & Theatre selection to really 'wow' the rest of your table. Angelica is the place to be if you dream of drinks with a view, thanks to its location on our top floor and stunning wraparound city vistas. A firm favourite for those who love to mix it up, The Botanist boasts a strong and varied cocktail menu, featuring such gems as Blackberry Mint Julep, Berry Colada, Spicy Margarita and many more, plus mocktails if you fancy the flavour without the units.
Trinity Leeds is home to several cafés ideal for light lunch, coffee dates and snacks on the go. Need a quick 'n' easy caffeine kick or juice boost? Pop into Costa, where you can get your fill of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, toasties and snacks. Fancy lunch with a side of selfies? Then you definitely don't want to miss Tasty by Greggs, possibly the most 'extra' café in all of Leeds with its doughnut-themed booths and sausage-roll swing (yes, you read that right)!
Craving a sip of something sweet while you wander? Bubbleology and CUPP both serve delicious bubble tea in a variety of flavours, so if you haven't tried this enormously popular Taiwanese beverage yet, they're a great place to start. And it probably goes without saying that they're seriously Insta- and TikTok-worthy!
In the mood for all things chicken? Famous for its tasty buttermilk tenders but serving a whole lot extra too, Slim Chickens is your one-stop shop for a meat feast, southern US-style. On days you're hankering for a lighter – but equally filling – lunch option, Wasabi sells a range of delicious, nutritious bento inspired by Japan's colourful lunch boxes. As well as classic salmon maki and nigiri, there's plenty of veggie sushi, including avocado maki and inari (juicy, fried tofu pockets stuffed with rice).
Last but certainly not least, Mr Pretzels is THE place to go for knotted dough. Enjoy a sweet or savoury snack on the move, with a variety of flavours including cinnamon sugar, original (salted), Parmesan cheese, Nutella and more!

If you've been shopping with the little ones for a few hours and need to sweeten the deal, make sure you pop into Batch'd. Between this local brand's homemade (and very creative!) cookies, doughnuts and brownies, there's something for everyone. Alternatively, sink your teeth into Crêpeaffaire's FLIPPIN' tasty crepes, galettes and waffles.
